As a professional, husband, father, and practicing Muslim, I know how difficult it can be to get a balance between life’s demands, career pursuits, and religious obligations. One can become confused or even disillusioned. The 7 Pillars of Success is A one-of-a-kind innovative and practical program that is guaranteed to leave a life-changing impression on anyone who undertakes the program

 

Wanting to make a positive contribution towards alleviating this situation  I  spent almost 2 years researching and putting all my know-how and expertise in Human Capital development to identify what constitutes true success from a spiritual as well as intellectual perspective. Identifying what would encompass beliefs and practices, covering all life’s facets and endeavors; physically, mentally, and spiritually. The result was amazing!  7 pillars that met this mandate. Naming them the “The 7 Pillars of Success”  to be delivered initially in the form of a learning and development program.

With a passion for people and seeing them achieve their full potential, for most of my professional career I have specialized and pursued a career in Human Capital (HC)   development. A holder of an MA in Psychology (Career Education and Guidance) From East London University UK, a qualified and experienced career counsellor, executive coach, And learning facilitator. Before returning back permanently to the UK, I spent 20 years in the Middle East where I held various senior roles to support organizations strategic human capital development needs from Learning and development to succession planning,  on return to the UK I established my own Talent Management consultancy, dedicated to developing Human Capital solutions
